Our pro eyeliner is true to its name. Smudgeable for that smoked out effect, however once the gel liner sets it will not budge so smudging and smearing will not be a worry. Its creamy texture and rich pigment can easily be applied with a regular eyeliner brush or with an angled brush. This product also makes a great base for glitter and other pigments as the texture is thick, creamy and will hold loose products in place without a problem. One of our best products, it is always in high demand by makeup artists and makeup lovers.
